The Founder
Software Engineer & Founder
Marlon has spent 15 years engineering software in the Microsoft ecosystem, starting as a SharePoint developer in 2011 and rising through senior engineer, technical lead, and solutions team lead roles at companies including Prometric and Advanced Metrics. In 2018 he founded Unjaded to bring that enterprise-grade experience to organizations of every size — with the directness and care you only get from working with the person who actually writes the code.
A Morgan State University alum based in the Baltimore, Maryland area, Marlon splits his time between client work and Unjaded's own products — games and apps that make people's lives a little better, and a little more fun.
